How many people can participate and what's the team format?↓
Our 5 high-end racing simulators support groups of 4-15 participants, with 10 being the optimal group size for the best experience. We can accommodate smaller groups (4-9) and larger ones (11-15), but 10 creates perfect 5 teams of 2. Additional guests are welcome to spectate - the event is designed to be engaging and fun to watch with live commentary, strategy discussions, and exciting racing action.
Do I need racing experience to participate?↓
Not at all! Our adaptive balancing system uses abilities and strategic challenges to level the playing field. Whether you're driving or on pit crew duty, beginners and experts compete on equal terms with our game balancing mechanics.
What makes Race Day different from regular sim racing?↓
We're not just sim racing - we're strategic team combat with abilities, sabotage, and real-time pit crew coordination. Teams collect power-ups, solve mechanical problems, and coordinate strategy in real-time. It's esports meets real pit-wall drama.
How long does a typical event last and what game modes are available?↓
Events range from 2-12 hours (4 hours recommended) and include multiple game modes: Perfect Lap, Predator, Stop Race and more. Each mode has unique strategic elements.
Can we drink alcohol during the experience?↓
You're welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages to enhance the social atmosphere. Our 'Drink & Drive' concept adds to the fun while pit crews manage strategy and drivers focus on the track - all within a safe, controlled environment.
What if we have different skill levels in our group?↓
Perfect! Our adaptive balancing system ensures everyone has fun regardless of racing experience. Abilities, strategic problems, and team coordination create opportunities for non-drivers to contribute decisively to victory. Strategy often beats raw speed.
Is parking available and where are you located?↓
Yes, we have plenty of parking spaces available for all our guests.
What happens if we need to reschedule?↓
We understand plans can change. We offer flexible rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice. Contact us early to discuss alternative dates - we'll work with you to find a solution that fits your group's schedule.
What does it cost?↓
Pricing depends on group size and session duration. As an example, a 4-hour event with 10 participants costs 3,800 DKK excluding tax (4,750 DKK including tax). Contact us for a customized quote based on your specific needs.
